The 2011 edition of La Fete des Voisins is on its way. Well, our version anyway. With the various bike-rides and other events, it seems that this year’s event was somewhat muted from a promotional standpoint. Either way, expect various Pincourt residents to throw some local BBQ block-parties towards the end of June around St Jean / Canada Day.
are you having a block party?
It does not take much – just a bit of knocking on your neighbours doors, they’ll tell theirs, and so on. Pull out your BBQs into the street, grill some hot-dogs, burgers, salads, drinks … whatever works!
Anyone who wants to help promote their street’s party can have a dedicated website here. Just ask and we can post a page here to list details for their neighbours’ day party, checklists, etc.
