Further to my earlier blog posts about streaming city council meetings, I have another question to ask: Do you want city council meetings, live or on-demand, on your phone? The reason I ask is that the webteam has signed up to participate in a webinar held by a US-based company, Granicus, that touts streaming of city council to mobile devices.
