As head of the web-team here at Pincourt.org / IlePerrot.org, I have frequently been asked about video streaming for city council meetings for the various municipalities on Ile Perrot and possibilities to unite them under 1 common portal. We are a relatively small island, it is a given that major urban planning and zoning decisions that are made by each municipality affect others.
